The Richland County Recreational Council (RCRC) was officially organized on August 29, 1994. RCRC is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) community service organization organized to promote and develop year-round recreation programs and recreation facilities for the citizens of Richland County. Through teamwork and much volunteerism, RCRC hopes to continue its mission well into the future of delivering quality, challenging recreation programs for all age groups in state-of-the-art facilities.
